The startup community and ecosystem are where I have grown up. It’s helped me get to where I am and become who I am today. I have shared my knowledge and experience at 23 different events, conferences and workshops as a way to give back and contribute to the community. I believe that by being one of the judges at the Pause Awards, I will help startups recognise their impact, celebrate their wins and challenge them further.
Albert Mai, Head of Growth, Simply Wall St
I’m excited to be part of Pause Awards because it’s the best in town! Amazing people, and amazing culture. It’s a melting pot of awesomeness!
Ben Peterson, Garage Leader, IBM
Pause Awards are the world’s leading awards program for business and creativity. I’m excited to be a judge and to select and recognise the best founders, startups and companies who have made the biggest impact in business and creativity. For a strong innovation ecosystem to thrive, we must celebrate the industry’s best achievements and support each other. It will be an absolute privilege and honour for me to help influence this decision.
Lucy Lin, Founder and CMO, Forestlyn
The world works on innovation — but it also works on equality and equity. When we see these values come together, that’s when they work best. In today’s economy it’s imperative to seek out new, innovative ways of making businesses thrive and succeed. I’m excited to see the list of ventures, with fun, bold and inspirational visions — alongside celebrating diversity in new and innovative ways.
Shelin David, Founder and Problem Solver, CFOWorx
I’m always interested in seeing how organisations and industries are bringing to life brand purpose and reimagining experiences for their customers and their people, particularly seeing how people are responding to such epic changes to society over the past year. I love a good awards program!
Stephen Foxworthy, Managing Director, Accenture Song
